About Andrew Berlin

Andrew Berlin is Chairman and owner of the South Bend Cubs and The Ivy at Berlin Place.

“It is very an exciting time to be a part of the renaissance and growth that is currently taking place in South Bend!” We made a promise over six years ago that we were going to help revitalize South Bend and start bring people back to the downtown. Berlin’s commitment to the City of South Bend and the surrounding region is easy to recognize through his time, charitable giving, financial contributions to a city owned baseball facility and now his biggest commitment yet nearly $23 million for the development known as The Ivy at Berlin Place.

In addition to his ownership entities in South Bend, Andrew is also a Partner in the Chicago Cubs.
